3. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the third-party service providers we rely on to operate our business, each of which processes data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database hosting and storage of form submissions and tracking data.
- Twilio — sending SMS/text messages related to your inquiry or bookings.
- Google — Google Calendar and Google Meet to schedule and host booked calls, and Google Ads where applicable.
- Microsoft Clarity — session analytics and behavioural insights.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside Quebec or Canada. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.
4. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected:
- Lead and prospect information (submitted through our eligibility form, if you don't become a client): retained for up to 18 months from your last interaction with us.
- Client information (if you engage our services): retained for the duration of our engagement and up to 7 years afterward, for accounting and legal purposes.
- Anonymous analytics and tracking data (page views, clicks, session data): retained for up to 14 months.
After these periods, your information is deleted or fully anonymized.
